Game support will only be available via the forum. Our staff believes in the idea of having a Lineage World. That is why GMs or Admins will not participate in actual game play. GMs will only appear in game events and may occasionally be seen fixing issues.
Remember, we do not charge you for playing here. Our staff spends many hours of their free time trying to run this game. Please be considerate that we do need time to look into affairs and study each situation thoroughly.
In starting our forum, we hope to foster the environment for a friendly community. New roles and reward will be offered for anyone who contributes to improving the game environment and the community. This can be done for example by writing tutorials, giving support to other community members and also being supportive in game.
